.- Miss Allen, what are your current projects? I am currently not shooting anything. I do have a few projects that I am developing. One is a movie about a Film Writer and the other is a semi biographical Television project.

.- Please tell us about your plans of setting up as a Producer?  Thatīs something I have been working on for some time now and will continue to do as I stated the last question both of those projects I would be very involved with beyond the role of actor.

.- What is your favorite of the films you have worked on (judging on the experiences on the set, for example, and how much you liked the finished result) and what is the least favorite film you have worked on, judging the same way?  I love making movies but there have been a few experiences that have stood out for me. What makes the experience outstanding begins with the script, then the role and then the ultimate is when there is a magical connection with the entire production.  From the Director to the cast and continuing with the whole company, itīs as youīre working as one, it becomes effortless, even though it may be hard work.  Each day is an inspiration and you can feel that something special is happening.  So, I would say that "Carrie", "I wanna hold your hand", Blow Out", "Dressed to kill" and of course "RoboCop" all of those elements were present. From the reading of the script to the shooting and finally with the result, every moment was truly fun, exciting and I am so proud to be a part of those movies.

.- About the death of your character Anne Lewis (RoboCop), we would like to know if that fact was established in the script from the beginning, or if it was a request?  It was in the script, I would have never requested it.

.- When you played Liz Blake in the movie Dressed to Kill, feminist groups reacted strongly and protested against it.  Whatīs your your opinion concerning that?  Well, frankly, I didnīt understand it then and I donīt really understand it now.  All of the controversy was great publicity for the movie.  I loved that character even though we as a culture have a judgement about her career choice.  She was an entrepreneur and had a short term plan and a long term plan.  Iīd love to play a character like her again in more of a character driven piece. I can certainly see their point of view I just donīt agree with it.  I also think that films that provoke strong feelings have done a good job.

.- If ever approached, would you accept the role of the bounty huntress Samus Aran, from the video game Metroid, in a film or TV series? She is a character very much in the vein of the "Alien" character Ellen Ripley who was played by Sigourney Weaver.  I donīt know this character but she sounds very intriguing, Iīll look into it.  I love the idea of a bounty huntress. I can imagine the possibilities. Iīll get back to you on this after Iīve done some homework on it.  Thanks for the information.

.- Many people see you as a female action icon, how do you feel about that?  Flattered of course, pleased that other people feel the way I do about Anne Lewis.

.- Have you heard anything about a possible new RoboCop film? and...Does the posibility of a new RoboCop movie sound appealing to you?  I have not heard anything about another RoboCop, it would only appeal to me if I was sure the people involved would bring integrity to the movie.  I wasīnt pleased with what happened to the series and I wouldnīt do another one unless it would reflect the tone and humorous social commentary of the original.

.- How do you feel about the character of Anne Lewis being turned into a cyborg after her death?       Would you be interested in doing a either sequel to RoboCop3, or a spin-off on RoboCop where "Lady RoboCop" is the main character?  I think a lady cyborg would be very interesting.  As I said I would love to do another one if the script was good and a great director was commited.  Lady RoboCop? hmm...why not.

.- Did you ever hear the declarations Director Paul Verhoeven made last year about a probable new RoboCop movie? those said that if a new movie was made, you would not ve involved this time?  I never heard anything from Paul regarding a new RoboCop, but I would be very surprised  if he did one.
